Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
KPK365 is intended for use by players in Pakistan. Access from certain other regions may be restricted. Sharing your account with another person is not permitted. All activity on your account — including any bets placed, deposits made or bonuses claimed — is your responsibility regardless of who carried out the activity.
KPK365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Standard documents required include a copy of your CNIC and a selfie. Additional documentation may be requested in specific circumstances. Accounts that do not complete KYC when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
The name on your KPK365 account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches will delay payment processing and may require additional verification steps.
KPK365 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa have a minimum of PKR 200 per transaction. Bank transfers have a minimum of PKR 1,000. Current limits for all methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
KPK365 does not charge a platform-side fee for any deposit method. Your deposited amount is credited to your balance in full. Note that your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside KPK365's control.
Third-party fees: Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are separate from KPK365 platform charges and are not reimbursable.
You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' JazzCash or bank accounts — may be reversed and will cause complications during withdrawal verification.
If a deposit payment is completed on your payment provider's side but does not appear in your KPK365 balance, contact support with the transaction reference number. Failed or missing deposits are investigated and resolved using the payment reference as evidence.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Your account identity, CNIC and payment method must all be verified before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
Withdrawal payments are returned to the same method used for your deposit. If your deposit was made via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be sent to that Easypaisa account. This rule is applied consistently and exists as a fraud prevention measure.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours may be processed on the following business day.
If bonus funds are part of your balance, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance is always available for withdrawal independently of any active bonus terms.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request. KPK365 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds with reasonable notice.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered users unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Some bonuses are restricted to new accounts, while others are available to existing users. Eligibility conditions are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before associated funds can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit for completion are stated in the specific bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all.
KPK365 monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple users to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses and associated winnings voided.
Bonuses are offered as an enhancement to your gaming experience, not as a guaranteed income source. Always read the specific terms for each promotion before opting in.
Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their specific terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to activate and use bonuses within the stated validity period.
All bets are accepted at KPK365's discretion. Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. KPK365 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason.
KPK365 is not liable for any errors in odds, prices or payouts that result from technical faults, human error or data feed issues. Bets placed on obviously erroneous odds — defined as odds that are clearly inconsistent with the market — may be voided and stakes returned. This applies equally to casino game errors.
A bet may be voided in specific circumstances including: event cancellation, settlement errors, technical failures or discovery of fraudulent activity associated with the bet. Voided bets have stakes returned to the account balance.
In-play or live betting markets are offered on certain sports events including cricket and football. Odds change in real time during live events. KPK365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Bets placed before a market is suspended are valid and will be settled based on the outcome of the event.
Casino games on KPK365 — including slots, RNG table games and jackpot titles — use certified random number generators provided by licensed software studios. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the provider's certified RNG system. KPK365 does not influence game outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on KPK365. Any user found to be engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended and may forfeit all funds held in the account:

Common reasons for account action include: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, suspected underage play, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.
If an account is suspended due to a breach of these terms, KPK365 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed without breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting KPK365 support. Before closure, any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed — either the bonus is forfeited or the requirements completed. Your real-money balance will be returned upon verified closure.
