Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and a chosen username and password. Confirm your mobile number with the one-time code that gets sent to it, and your account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free.

Registration is completely free. There is no signup fee, no monthly subscription and no mandatory deposit required simply to create an account and explore the platform. You only spend money if and when you decide to deposit PKR and start playing.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. KPK365 requires you to submit a clear copy of your CNIC and a selfie before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process. You can register, deposit and play without completing KYC, but withdrawals are not released until your identity has been verified. Clear, well-lit document images help speed up the review, which typically completes within a few hours.

No. One account per person is the rule. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are suspended when identified, and balances in secondary accounts may be forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password reset process or contact support — do not register a second account.

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email address. A reset code will be sent to that contact. Enter the code, create a new password and your access is restored. The reset code has a short expiry window, so complete the steps promptly after requesting it.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use KPK365. Age is confirmed at registration and verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is suspended immediately, deposits are returned and any winnings are forfeited. KPK365 is strictly an adult platform.
Deposits & Withdrawals

KPK365 accepts JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion — what you deposit is what appears in your balance.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your KPK365 balance within a few minutes of the transaction completing on your end. Bank transfers via IBFT or Raast may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time, but generally arrive within the same business day. If a deposit has not shown after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is PKR 200 per transaction. Bank transfers and Raast have a minimum of PKR 1,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and account verification status. Current limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

Log into your account and go to the cashier section. Select withdrawal, choose your preferred method and enter the amount. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit and must go to an account registered in your own name. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is released. Most withdrawals are processed within one business day.

No. KPK365 requires that all deposits come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will complicate or block your withdrawal. Always use a JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet or bank account that belongs to you and matches the name on your KPK365 account.

KPK365 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on the platform side. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction charges for IBFT or inter-wallet transfers — check your provider's fee schedule if you are concerned. Any applicable charges from your payment provider are separate from KPK365 and outside the platform's control.
Betting & Sports

Cricket is the main focus — PSL, T20 internationals, Pakistan national team fixtures and major global cricket tournaments. Football leagues and international matches are also available with regular markets. Esports betting is available year-round covering major competitive titles. Additional sports may appear depending on the season and schedule.

Yes. Live in-play betting is available on cricket matches including PSL and T20 internationals. Odds update in real time during a match — you can place bets on the current over, wickets, run rates and match outcome as the game progresses. The live betting section is accessible from the main Betting page in your logged-in account.

Minimum bet amounts vary by market and match. For most cricket and football markets the minimum is PKR 50 per bet. Some niche markets or in-play options may have a slightly higher minimum. The exact minimum for each market is shown on the bet slip when you select it.

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or edited. Review your selection, odds and stake carefully on the bet slip before confirming. This is standard practice across all sports betting platforms — settled bets and confirmed wagers are final.

Settlement rules for abandoned or interrupted matches depend on the specific market and the point at which play stopped. Generally, bets on markets where a result cannot be determined are voided and stakes returned. Match outcome bets may be settled on DLS method results where applicable. KPK365 displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most common format used in Pakistan and across most international platforms. Decimal odds show your total return per unit staked including your stake — for example, odds of 3.00 on a PKR 100 bet return PKR 300 total (PKR 200 profit plus your PKR 100 stake back).

Yes. Eligible new accounts qualify for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Progress is tracked in your account, and each promotion states the exact wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. If you choose to withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering, any remaining bonus balance and wagering progress will be forfeited. Your real-money funds are always available for withdrawal independently of any active bonus.

Yes. Yes. Each bonus has an expiry date or validity window within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the window expires before you have met the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. The expiry date and wagering deadline are stated in the promotion terms — check these when you claim a bonus.
Responsible Gaming

Your account includes deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off breaks and self-exclusion. These are available in the account settings and can be activated by you without contacting support. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to limits require a waiting period before they come into effect.

Log into your account and go to Account Settings, then the Responsible Gaming section. Select deposit limits, choose daily, weekly or monthly, enter your PKR limit and confirm. The limit activates immediately. Any deposit that would take you over the limit is blocked until the period resets. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing requires a cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion suspends your account for an extended period. It is designed for players who need a genuine break from gaming and can't achieve that through shorter tools. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be used for deposits, bets or bonus claims. Your real-money balance can be withdrawn at the point of exclusion.
